How can we help?
- Adding or editing a place: you can add your place for free from your own account. If you need to edit a published listing or claim ownership of one, write to us from the email associated with the business.
- Correcting a detail: tell us which phone number, opening hours or location is no longer right, and we will check and update it.
- Reporting content: if you see a review, experience or listing that breaches our terms, let us know with a link to the page.
- Your account and data: for anything about your account or your personal data — including deleting your account — write to us from the email registered with us.
- Partnerships and press: for collaboration or media enquiries, write to us describing what you need.
Response time
We usually reply within two working days, Sunday to Thursday, Muscat time. Requests concerning personal data are answered within thirty days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Before you write
If your question is about a booking, a service or a price at a particular place, contacting that place directly is faster — its own contact details are on its page in the directory. We are a directory of places, and we are not a party to any dealing between you and a service provider.
